By fine-tuning our machine learning model to your specific dataset, you can generate floor plans that align more closely with your design principles, standards, and preferences. PlanFinder now offers custom fine-tuning for companies that have large datasets of floor plans.

 

With a fine-tuned model, you can integrate a customized floor plan generator directly into your workflow—either as a plugin or through our API.

 

Requirements

To qualify for fine-tuning, your company must meet the following criteria:

• A large dataset of existing floor plans.

• Single-floor designs only (multi-floor fine-tuning is not yet available).

• Axis-aligned floor plans (we do not currently support diagonal or rotated layouts).

• Residential floor plans are given priority, but we are open to exploring other building types.

3. Dataset analysis to assess compatibility with our model.

4. Decision phase, where we determine whether fine-tuning is possible.
